My devotion to Elie Saab knows no bounds. The Lebanese designer presented his collection in Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week for Spring-Summer 2013 and as always, he showed us spectacular jewel dresses that only he can create.
Only he can leave us open-mouthed. His innate glamor is reflected in his now classic jewel glass embroidered dresses and models head to toe in lace carved flowers, insinuating and discrete transparencies … and all very feminine, highlighting woman’s waist and with a mermaid silhouette.
On the runway we saw two styles: Romanticism creations, as mentioned above, and some very baroque, eighteenth-century-inspired, with lots volume. Lady-Like designs, typical of the 50′. I’m sure more than one of these models will be showed on the red carpet at the Oscars on February 24. As for the colors, pastel shades like: cream, pale pink, blue, purple, others in red, white and black.

Special mention deserves the wedding dress that has closed the parade.More Baroque impossible! But also very spectacular.

¡Qué bonitos! Me encantan to2.
